RACE 5: GUNNS TIMBER PRODUCTS HANDICAP - 1200M
General: Jockey S. Sheehy (PUNK'D) pleaded guilty to a charge of careless riding under ARR.137(a) for shifting inwards passing the 950m causing PWAKKERS BACK (S. Meeres) to be steadied and carried inwards resulting in COMMANDEER (D. Chipman) being crowded for racing room and shifted inwards tightening JUST SUE (W. Arnold) which was restrained. Jockey Sheehy's licence to ride in races was suspended for a period of 17 days from midnight 1 December 2009 until midnight 18 December 2009.
